Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will be sent expedited service (3-5 days) via the U.S. Postal Service. Rates will be determined by weight. The cost for orders weighing less than 3 lbs. is $14.99, 3.01 – 5 lbs. is $18.99, 5.01 – 10 lbs. is $29.99 & 10.01 – 50 lbs. is $39.99.

- We want you to be happy with your purchase at Talia Products. You may return un-used, non-downloadable merchandise for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Shipping and processing fees cannot be refunded.
- In order to initiate a return you must obtain a return merchandise authorization number (RMA). Please contact our Customer Service Representative for an RMA at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Please pack your shipment securely and return it to us via UPS or insured mail for your protection. All returns must be shipped to us freight prepaid as shipping costs are non-refundable. All items must be returned in new condition with original packaging and contents. Items cannot be returned without a receipt. Credits for returned items will be applied to the credit card that was used to make the original purchase. Credit will be issued within 10 days of the date that the return is accepted by our Warehouse Team.
